 Kids Worship


Covenant of Grace is excited to incorporate a new curriculum into our kids worship time!  With this addition to our program, the children will be able to enjoy socialization and the study of God’s Word within a small group of peers as well as enjoy large group time including praise songs, Bible skits and games.  252 Basics is a unique curriculum for churches and Christian schools.  It is built around three basic truths we feel every child should be encouraged to embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52.

  1. I can trust God no matter what.
  2. I need to make the wise choice.
  3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

 

As part of this curriculum, the younger children (ages 4 through 1st Grade) have a new program (Plug-In) that begins when parents arrive for the Worship Service. Parents now have the option to drop their kids off at Room #6 before the service begins.  This will allow the children to interact with each other in a young child environment that includes games, crafts and play time.  They then will join the older group (2nd through 4th grade children) for the large group time mentioned above.
