Herb has been the Senior Pastor of Covenant of Grace since it's beginning in 1983. He earned a B.A. degree in Education from Gettysburg College in 1970, a Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary in 1983 and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in 1993. His wife, Shelley, is the Music Director at Covenant and they have three sons.

John came to Covenant of Grace in 1998 after serving eight years as a hospital chaplain and two years as the pastor of a small church. He earned a B.S. degree in Pastoral Studies from Calvary Bible College in 1983 and a Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary in 1995. His wife, Pam, works part-time in the office at Covenant and they have two sons.

Shelley has been the Music Director of Covenant of Grace since it's beginning in 1983. She received her musical training from the Peabody Conservatory of Music, the University of Maryland and received graduate credit for handbell directing from Westminster Choir College in New Jersey. Additionally, for many years she played leading roles in professional musical theater in the Baltimore area. Her husband, Herb, is the Senior Pastor at Covenant and they have 3 married sons and 5 grand children.

Jordan Ross has been the Youth Director for Covenant of Grace since October 2006. Jordan has lived in the Baltimore area since January 2005 but is originally from Chattanooga, TN.  He graduated from Covenant College in 2003 with a degree in History.  He is currently enrolled at Reformed Theological Seminary in Washington DC and is seeking to get his Masters of Religion. Jordan was married to his beautiful bride, Jessica in September of 2006. Youth ministry fits him well as he is a kid himself but at the same time he loves deepening and encouraging the youth in their walk with the Lord.

Sigrid Houston has been a member of our staff since August 2003.  She graduated from Mary Washington College in 1985 with a BA in Spanish and International Affairs.  In addition to Children's Ministry, Sigrid also teaches in our church's English as a Second Language (ESL) program.  She and her husband, Scott, have 3 children.

Nancy has been involved in the office at Covenant as Secretary for seventeen years and has been a member since it's beginning in 1983. She and her husband, Armond, have a son.

Teresita has been the Financial Secretary at Covenant of Grace for the past four years. She and her husband Tom, who is a ruling elder, have been members at Covenant of Grace since it's beginning in 1983. They have a son and a daughter.

Janis is a retired Physical Therapist, who has worked part-time in the office since October 2006.  She is a member of the Adult Choir and the Bell Choir and has been involved in the children's and women's ministries.  She and her husband Mike, who volunteers as the church librarian, have been members of Covenant of Grace since 1984.  They have two daughters.

Pam began working as an office assistant at Covenant of Grace in 2006.  She graduated with a BS from Calvary College in Kansas City, MO.  Prior to coming to Covenant, Pam was employed as a Childcare Director for five years and as a Children's Ministry Director for three years.  She has experience with women's ministry and teaching Bible studies.  Pam came to Covenant in 1998 along with her two sons and her husband, John, who serves as Covenant's Associate Pastor.
